Technical Support Services
The Technical Support Services Group (TSG) supports the global network of partner companies who design, implement and support OnBase solutions in a diverse set of business application areas. Technical support engineers collaborate with partner and customer OnBase professionals troubleshooting and diagnosing issues that impact OnBase solutions.
The Group is organized around small teams, each supporting a select group of partner companies and customers in habitual support relationships. Team members develop strong working relationships with partner company technical staff, enabling them to quickly identify issues and develop action plans that address them. Hyland Software technical support engineers are all certified digital imaging architects (CDIA+) and certified OnBase installers.
The Technical Support Services Group serves a key role in supporting the Community of OnBase professionals in our partner and customer base. Engineers contribute to the ongoing development of partner and customer OnBase professionals in a number of ways:
- Serving as assistant instructors for OnBase training courses
- Presenting courses at regional OnBase user group meetings
- Developing and presenting technical material at partner and user conferences
- Providing implementation services for newly deployed solutions
