Professional Services
The Professional Services Group (PSG) supports the global network of partner companies who design, implement and support OnBase solutions in a diverse set of business application areas. The Group serves as the proponent for the OnBase community with regard to OnBase Workflow and OnBase WorkView.
Professional services engineers collaborate routinely with partner and customer OnBase professionals, disseminating best practices in implementation methodology, work products, and solution design strategy. Partner companies routinely engage the services of this group to collaborate on or deliver customer workflow solutions for their customers.
The Group is a primary contributor to a growing body of knowledge which details how customers are using OnBase to solve business problems in select business application areas, including: mortgage loan processing, medical coding, human resources, compliance programs, and revenue cycle management. The Group works closely with Hyland Software vertical account managers to keep partners up to date on emerging trends and future directions for the product.
The Professional Services Group serves a key role in supporting the Community of OnBase Professionals in our partner and customer base. Engineers contribute to the ongoing development of partner and customer OnBase professionals in a number of ways:
- Serving as instructors for OnBase Workflow training courses
- Developing and presenting technical material at partner and user conferences
- Providing consulting services to partner company implementation teams
