The Installation Services Group supports the global network of partner companies who design, implement and support OnBase solutions in a diverse set of business application areas.  It also implements solutions in support of specific company sales initiatives.  The Group serves as the proponent for the OnBase community with regard to the installation and configuration of its core product.  Members of the installation services staff support the community of OnBase professionals in a number of ways:

• Serving as instructors for OnBase installation certification courses
• Providing feedback to software developers and product managers about how customers and partners employ the OnBase product to solve business requirements
• Providing consulting services to partner company implementation teams

Hyland Software installations staff collaborate with partner and customer OnBase professionals through a formal discovery process and implementation methodology.  They are actively involved in new partner development activities.  Hyland Software installations staff are all certified digital imaging architects (CDIA+), as well as certified OnBase installers.
